Run the Redline!

Run the Redline is a 5k Run and 3k Roll/Stroll educational event that traces a portion of the infamous 'redline' that helped segregate Syracuse. These 'redlining' maps deprived Syracuse's most racially integrated neighborhoods of opportunity, and their effects can still be felt today.

CNY Fair Housing is in need of over 50-60 volunteers to make Run The Redline a success! We are in need of volunteers for positions such as:

• Race set-up

• Race registration

• Blockade management

• Water stations

• Race breakdown

• Post-race party volunteers at Harvey's Garden 

Volunteer shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 7 a.m.-1 p.m. If you are interested, please submit the form below and we will get back to you!
